1. Whole Wheat Flour -- 1Cup
2. Oats -- 1Cup
3. Green Chilli -- 5-6
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Coriander Leaves
6. Sesame Seeds -- 2Tbsp
7. Ghee -- To Roast
8. Onions(Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
Method To Prepare:
1. First blend oats into fine powder and keep aside
2. Then finely chop green chilli, coriander leaves and onions.
3. Now add whole wheat flour in a bowl and add oats powder, sesame seeds, salt and chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, onions.
5. Let the dough rest for atleast half-an-hour.
6. Now take small portion of dough and roll it into chapati using a rolling pin.
7. Then heat a tawa and roast the Paratha by adding Ghee.
8. Repeat the same process for rest of the dough.
9. Finally Tasty and Healthy Oats Paratha is ready to serve.
Serve them hot with Mutter Paneer (Or) Paneer Butter Masala and Curd.
