TOFU AND PASTA IN VEGATABLE STOCK

Ingredients:
1. Tofu
2. Olive Oil -- 2Tbsp
3. Beans, Sweet Corn -- 1/2Cup
4. Chopped Onions -- 1/2Cup
5. Green Chilli -- 4
6. Carrots (Sliced) -- 1/4Cup
7. Vegetable Stock -- 2Cups
8. Cooked Pasta -- 1/2Cup
9. Tomato And Basil Paste -- 1Tbsp
10. Salt -- To Taste
11. Corn Starch -- 1/2Tbsp
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a Pan and add Green Chilli and Chopped Onions.
2. Fry them till the Onions turn Transparent and add Beans and Sweet Corn to it.
 
 
3. Fry them for 5min and add Carrots, Vegetable Stock and Tofu Cubes.
 
4. Mix them well and let them cook for 10-15min.
5. Then add cooked Pasta and Salt to the Pan.
 
6. Cook it for 10min and Add  Tomato And Basil Paste to it.
7. Mix it well and let it cook for 10-15min.
8. Finally Tasty Tofu And Pasta in Vegetable Stock is Ready.

CUCUMBER-TAMARIND CHUTNEY

 Ingredients:
1. Cucumber -- 1
2. Tamarind
3. Green Chilli -- 6 (As per your Taste)
4. Coriander Leaves
5. Salt -- To Taste
For Tampering:
1. Urad Dal -- 1Tbsp
2. Whole Red Chilli -- 2
3. Mustard Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp
4. Asafoetida -- 1/4Tbsp
5. Oil -- 2Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First Chop the Cucumber into small pieses and keep aside.
2. Add Tamarind, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves to a Blender and blend them into paste.
3. Then transfer everything to a  bowl and add Salt and the Chopped Cucumber Pieces. Mix it Well.
5. Now lets Tamper the Chutney.
5. Then heat Oil in a small pan and add Urad Dal, Whole Red Chilli, Mustard Seeds and Asafoetida to it.
6. Once Urad Dal turns into slight brown color and also Mustard Seeds start spluttering add it to the Chutney.
Finally Tasty Cucumber-Tamarind Chutney is Ready to Serve.

RICE FLOUR SWEET

Ingredients:
1. Rice Flour -- 4Tbsp
2. Jaggery -- 1/4Cup (Add As per your Taste)
3. Cardamom Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
4. Coconut (Grated) -- 2Tbsp
5. Milk -- 1/2Cup
6. Water -- 1Cup
 
Method To Prepare:
1. First add Jaggery to the boiling water and stirr well till it melts.
2. Mix Rice Flour in 1/4Cup of Water and add it to the Pan along with Grated Coconut.
3. Mix it well till it becomes thick paste.
4. Then add Milk to the Pan and Mix it well.
5. Finally Add Cardamom Powder and Serve it.
 
 
This Rice Flour Sweet Tastes Good as a Side Dish for Dosa especially for Kids who dont like Spicyness.
