TOFU MANCHURIAN

Ingredients:
1. Tofu (Cut into Cubes) -- 2Cups
2. Chopped Onions -- 1Cup
3. Green Bell Peppers (Cut into small cubes) -- 1Cup
4. Green Chilli -- 5
5. Soy Sauce -- 2Tbsps
6. Salt -- To Taste
7. Olive Oil -- 4-5Tbsp
8. Tomato Sauce -- 2Tbsp
9. Corn Starch -- 1Tbsp
10. Green Chilli Sauce -- 1/2Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First add Olive Oil in a Pan and fry the Tofu pieces.  Once they turn to golden brown color transfer them to a plate containing a paper towel and keep aside.

2. Then in the same pan add Green chilli and Chopped Onions. Add Salt and fry till the onions become transparent.

3. Later add green bell pepper pieces to the pan and cook till they become soft.

4. Now add the fried tofu pieces.

5. Then add Tomato Sauce, Green Chilli Sauce, Soy Sauce and mix well.

6. In a small bowl mix corn starch in water and add it to the pan and mix everything well.
7. Finally Tasty Tofu Manchurian is Ready to Serve.

ALOO - KARELA CURRY

Ingredients:
1. Karela (Cut into Circles) -- 2Cups
2. Potatoes (Cut into small cubes) -- 1Cup
3. Chopped Onions -- 1Cup
4. Chopped Tomato -- 1Cup
5. Salt -- To Taste
6. Curry Powder -- 1Tbsp
7. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp
8. Oil -- 4Tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add chopped Onions to it. Fry till they become golden brown.

2. Then add chopped Tomato to the pan and fry till they become soft.
3. Once the tomatoes become soft, add cubed Potatoes and circled Karela (Bitter gourd).
4. Then add Salt and close it with the lid. Let it cook on low flame till potatoes and karela become soft.
5. Finally add Curry Powder and Red Chilli Powder. Mix it well.
6. Tasty Aloo-Karela Curry is Ready to Serve.

BLACK PEPPERCORNS MILK

Ingredients:
1. Milk -- 2Cups
2. Grated Jaggery -- 1/4Cup
3. Black Peppercorns Powder -- 1Tbsp
4. Water -- 1/4Cup
Method To Prepare:
1. First take a small pan and add grated jaggery and water to it.
2. Let the jaggery get melted in the water.
3. Then add black peppercorns powder to it and mix it.
4. After 2min add Milk to the pan and let the milk boil on low flame.
5. Finally Black Peppercorns Milk is Ready to Serve.
6. If you wish you can have it as it is or strain all the peppercorns powder using a strainer and drink the milk.
Note: This Black Peppercorns Milk acts as a Medicinal product in Winter Season. If you have soar throat or any kind of problem in your throat just make this milk at your home and drink it. If possible you can even increase the quantity of peppercorn powder and reduce jaggery as per your taste.
