1. Bottle Gourd (Cut into Small Pieces) -- 1Cup
2. Channa Dal (Soaked for 4hrs) -- 1/2Cup
3. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp
4. Mustard Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp
5. Curry Leaves -- 10no.
6. Chopped Onion -- 1/2Cup
7. Chopped Tomato -- 1/2Cup
8. Salt -- To Taste
9. Green Chilli -- 5
10. Red Chilli -- 5
11. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
12. Garam Masala -- 1Tbsp
13. Heavy Cream -- 1/4Cup
14. Oil -- 4Tbsp
15. Coriander Powder -- 1/2Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a Pressure Cooker and add Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Green Chilli, Red Chilli, Curry Leaves and fry them for 5min.
2. Then add Chopped Onions and Tomato to it. Cook them till the Tomatoes become soft.
3. When the Tomatoes are soft, add the Soaked  Channa Dal and Mix it well.

4. Cook it for 2min and add Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and  Salt. Mix it well.
5. Then add Bottle Gourd Pieces to it.

6. And close the lid of the Pressure Cooker. Cook it upto 3 Long Whistles.
7. Open the pressure cooker and add Heavy Cream to it and just cook it on low flame for 5-10min.
Finally Tasty Bottle Gourd-Channa Dal Masala Curry is Ready to Serve.

Enjoy this Tasty Curry with Roti.

I made this Pineapple Pastry on the Occasion of My Lovely Daughter Saanvi's 6th Month Birthday. My Little Princess is already 6 Months Old.
1. Cream Cheese -- 2Tbsp
2. Unsalted Butter -- 2Tbsp
3. Warm Milk -- 1/2Cup
4. All Purpose Flour -- 1/2Cup
5. Sugar -- 1/4Cup
6. Baking Soda -- 1/4Tbsp
7. Baking Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
8. Pineapple Juice -- 1/4Cup
9. Caramalized Pineapple Pieces -- To Garnish
10. Whipping Cream -- For Icing

Method To Prepare:
1. First Take a large bowl and add Cream Cheese, Butter and Sugar. Whip it well until it becomes creamy.
2. Then slowly by mixing add warm milk little by little.
3. Now add All Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder to it and mix it well.
4. Transfer the Cake Batter to a Greased Microwave Safe Bowl and cook it in the Microwave for 5-6Min depending on the power of your microwave.
5. Take it out and let the sponge cake cool down.
6. Meanwhile heat a non-stick pan and put the Pineapple Slices on it and caramelize them for 10min and cut them into small pieces and keep aside.

6. Now cut the sponge cake into two halves.
7. Take one half and add Pineapple Juice to it and then spread the whipping cream over it.
8. Now arrange the Caramelized Pineapple Pieces on it.

8. Then put the other half of the Sponge Cake over it and cover the whole cake with Whipping Cream.
9. Finally Garnish with Pineapple Pieces and a Cherry.
10. Tasty Pineapple Pastry is Ready.

1. Semolina (Sooji) -- 1/2Cup
2. Fresh Pineapple Juice -- 1Cup
3. Pine Apple Pieces(Chopped into Small Pieces) -- 1/4Cup
4. Water -- 1/2Cup
5. Sugar -- 1/4Cup
6. Cardamom Powder -- 1Tbsp
7. Ghee -- 2Tbsp
8. Cashews -- To Garnish
Method To Prepare:
1. First add the chopped Pineapple pieces to a pan and add water. Let it boil for 10min.

2. Then add Pineapple Juice and Sugar to the pan.
3. When it starts boiling add the Semolina (Sooji) by mixing so that it will not form lumps.
4. Now add Ghee and keep on mixing it well till it becomes thick.
5. Finally add Cardamom Powder and remove it from heat.
6. Grease a plate and transfer everything to it and let it cool. Then cut it into pieces.
7. Finally Pineapple Kesari is Ready to Serve.

Ingredients :
1. White Peas -- 1Cup
2. Onions (Chopped) --1/2Cup
3. Tomatoes (Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp
6. Garam Masala -- 2Tbsp
7. Lime Juice -- 2Tbsp
8. Green Chilli -- 3
Method To Prepare:
1. First Soak the Peas over night.
2. Then pressure cook the Soaked Peas, Green Chilli, Onions, Tomatoes for about 7-8 long whistles.
3. Now open the pressure cooker and add Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Salt. Mit it well and let it cook for 10-15min on low flame.
4. Finally turn off the flame and add Lime Juice to it.
5. Tasty Masala Peas / Ragada is Ready to Serve.

2. Toor Dal -- 1Cup
3. Green Chilli -- 4
4. Red Chilli -- 4
5. Curry Leaves -- 10
6. Urad Dal -- 1Tbsp
7. Oil -- 2Tbsp
8. Asafoetida -- 1/4Tbsp
9. Salt -- To Taste
 10. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. First pressure cook Toor Dal and Bottle pieces and keep aside.
2. Then heat Oil in a pan and add Urad Dal, Curry Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Green Chilli, Red Chilli and Asafoetida to it. Fry till Urad Dal turns to Slight Brown Color.
3. Then add cooked Toor Dal, Bottle Gourd Pieces and Salt to it and mix it well.
4. Add 1/4Cup water and let it cook for 10-15min.
5. Finally Tasty Bottle Gourd-Toor Dal Curry is Ready To  Serve.

4. Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread -- 4Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First take the Cream Cheese Spread into a Mixing Bowl and then add Grated Carrots, Chopped Celery, Salt and Pepper Powder.
2. Mix everything well.
3. Now Toast a Bread Slice and spread the Cream Cheese mixture and cover it with other bread.

Method To Prepare:
1. First Cut both Strawberries and Banana into Slices and keep aside.
2. Then Toast the Bagel.
3. Now apply Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread on the bottom part of the bagel.
4. Then first put the Strawberry Slices and then Banana Slices over it.
5. Cover it with the Top part of the Bagel and Enjoy the Tasty Fruit Bagel.

2. Onions -- 1/4Cup
3. Green And Yellow Bell Peppers -- 1/4Cup
4. Broccoli Florets -- 1/4Cup

6. Fresh Parsley Leaves -- To Garnish
7. Vodka Sauce -- 2Cups
8. Salt -- To Taste
9. Olive Oil -- 2Tbsp
10. Cheese Powder -- To Garnsih
Method To Prepare:
1. Add Olive Oil to the Pan and add Garlic. Fry it for 2min.
2. Then add Onions and fry till they turn transparent.
3. Now add Green and Yellow Bell Peppers and fry till they become soft.

4. Then add Broccoli florets and cook till they become soft.

5. Now add Mushrooms and cook till they are soft.

6. Then add Vodka Sauce and Salt and Mix it well.

7.  Finally Tasty Spaghetti In Vodka Sauce is Ready To Serve.

1. Cucumber -- 1
2. Red Chilli Powder -- 1 1/2Tbsp
3. Rai Powder -- 2Tbsp
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Asafoetida -- 1/4Tbsp
6. Oil -- 1/4Cup
7. Lime Juice (Or) Amchoor Powder (Optional) -- 1/4Tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. First Cut the Cucumber into small pieces without peeling it.
2. Then add Rai Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Salt to it. Mix it Well.

3. Now heat Oil in a small pan and add Asafoetida to it. And add this Oil to the Cucumber pieces.
4. If you want you can add Lime Juice Or Amchoor Powder at this stage and Mix everything well.
5. Finally Tasty Cucumber Pickle is Ready To Serve.

1. Toor Dal -- 1Cup
2. Chopped Vegetables (Onions, Tomato, Carrot, Sweet Potato) -- 1/2Cup
3. Drum Stick (Cut into 1 Inch Pieces) -- 6
4. Salt -- To Taste
5.  Green Chilli -- 2
6. Homemade Sambar Masala -- 2Tbsp
7. Fresh Coriander Leaves -- To Garnish
8. Mustard Seeds (For Tampering) -- 1Tbsp
9. Ghee -- 2Tbsp
10. Grated Coconut -- 1Tbsp
11. Tamarind Extract -- 2Tbsp
12. Jaggery (Grated) -- 1/2Tbsp
13. Turmeric Powder -- 1/4Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First pressure cook the Toor Dal, Drumstick and Chopped Vegetables.
2. Then heat Ghee in a pan and add Green Chilli and Mustard Seeds.
3. Fry them for 2min and then add Cooked Vegetables and Toor Dal to it.

4. Cook it on a mediun flame for 5min and add Jaggery, Tamarind Extract, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Homemade Sambar Masala and let it boil on low flame for about 10-15min.
5. Finally add Grated Coconut and mix it well. After 2min remove it from heat.
6. Tasty Sambar is Ready to Serve. 

Serve it Hot with Idly, Dosa, Plain Rice.
Ingredients For Sambar Masala:
1. Channa Dal -- 1Tbsp
2. Urad Dal -- 1Tbsp
3. Coriander Seeds -- 1Tbsp
4. Red Chilli -- 6-7
5. Black Peppercorns -- 1/4Tbsp
6. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp
7. Oil -- 2Tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. Heat Oil in a Pan and all the Ingredients and fry them till they turn into golden brown color.
2. Remove from heat and let it cool down.
3. Then blend everything into a coarse powder.


1. Plain Bagel -- 1
2. Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread -- 1Tbsp
3. Hersheys Chocolate Syrup -- 1Tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. First Cut the Bagel into two halves and toast them.
2. Now take the Bottom Part and Apply Cream Cheese Spread on One Side and Hersheys Chocolate Syrup on the Other Side.
3. Then Cover it with the Top Part of the Bagel and Enjoy Your Tasty Breakfast.
4. You can Follow this Recipe for as many Bagels as you like.

4. Black Pepper Powder -- 2Tbsp
5. Heavy Cream -- 1/2Cup

7. Olive Oil -- 2Tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. First Heat Oil in a Pan and add Garlic Cloves. Fry till they turn into slight Golden Color..
2. Then add Onions and fry till they turn transparent.
3. Now add Broccoli Florets and cook until they become soft.
4. Remove the pan from Heat and let it cool down.
5. Then blend everything into smooth paste.
6. Add this Broccoli Paste to the pan and add Heavy Cream, Salt, Black Pepper Powder to it.
7. Mix it well on low flame for 10Min.
8. Finally Tasty And Healthy Cream Of Broccoli is Ready To Serve.
Transfer it to the Serving Bowl and Serve Hot.
