WHOLE WHEAT-PINEAPPLE PANCAKES


















2. Now Melt the butter and add it to the flour mixture. Mix it well. Blend the Pineapple Pieces  into puree and keep it aside.
3. Then make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add Buttermilk, Eggs and Pineapple Puree. Stir it well. Make sure that the consistency of the batter should be thick.
4. Heat a Non-Stick Pan or Griddle and grease the surface with Butter and add Ladle full of batter.
5. When once you see the bubbles on top of the pancakes, flip them and cook them on the other side also.
6. Finally garnish with Chopped Pineapple Pieces and add Maple Syrup over the Pancakes and Serve them Hot.
