1. Potato -- 2
2. Onions (Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
3.  Green Peas -- 1/4Cup
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Garam Masala -- 2Tbsp
6. Green Chilli -- 4
7.  Bottle Gourd (Cut into Cubes) -- 1/2Cup
8. Fresh Coriander Leaves
9. Curry Leaves -- 5nos
10. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. First Cook Bottle Gourd, Potato and Keep aside.
2. Heat Oil in a Pan and add Green Chilli, Curry Leaves And Chopped Onions and fry till they become transparent.
3. Then add Green Peas, Garam Masala, Salt, Red Chilli Powder and Mix it Well.
4. Finally Garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves and Mix it Well.
Tasty Vegetable Masala Curry is Ready to Serve.
Serve it Hot with Dosa.
