SPINACH-POTATO SANDWICH

 Ingredients

1. Spinach - 1Cup
2. Potatos (Boiled & Mashed) - 2 Small
3. Onions (Finely Chopped)  - 2 Small
4. Salt to taste
5. Green Chillis - 3 or 4
6. Milk Bread or Wheat Bread

You Can Add Salt and Green Chillis according to your taste.


Method To Prepare

     1.  Heat Oil in a Pan and add chopped onions.

2. Fry the onions till they turn into golden brown color.
3.  Now add Spinach, Green Chillis And a pinch of Salt.

4. Cook the spinach for 10-15 Mins.
5. Then add Mashed potatos and mix it well.

6. Finally Toast the bread and spread the spinach-potato mix on the bread.

7. Tasty Spinach-Potato Sandwich is ready

PUMPKIN MASALA


Ingredients

1. Yellow Pumpkin - 1Cup
2. Onions - 1Cup
3. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp
4. Gram Flour - 2tbsp
5. Salt - To taste
5. Turmeric Powder - 1/4tbsp
6. Oil - 2tbsp
7. Cumin Seeds - 1tbsp
8. Mustard Seeds - 1tbsp
9. Ginger-Garlic Paste -1tbsp
10. Coriander Powder - 2tbsp
11. Fresh Coriander Leaves and Cashews - For Garnish

                                            Method to Prepare

Pre-heat Oil in a pan and add Mustard Seeds and Cumin Seeds. Let them Splitter.

Now add finely chopped onions and let them fry till they turn into golden brown color.

Then add salt and ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
Now add Pumpkin and cover it with lid.

Cook the pumpkin pieces till they become soft and add turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well.
Now pre-heat oil in another pan and add gram flour.
Fry it till it turns to brownish color.
Then add this roasted gram flour to the pumpkin.
Now add red chilli powder and mix it well.
Finally tasty Pumpkin Masala is Ready. Take it to a Serving Bowl and garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves and Cashews.

CUCUMBER RAITHA

Cucumber is a vegetable that belongs to the gourd family. It is one of the oldest cultivated vegetables and is believed to be originated in northern India. Today, cucumbers are the fourth most-widely grown vegetable crop in the world behind Tomatoes, Onions, and Cabbage.They’re grown worldwide in temperate regions. 
Some of the Health Benefits of Cucumber are:
Cucumber has 96% water content that is more nutritious than regular water, which helps in keeping the body hydrated.
The high water content, vitamins A, B & C and the presence of certain minerals like magnesium, potassium, and silica make cucumbers an essential part of skin care. Facial masks containing cucumber juice can be used for skin tightening.
Cucumber is used to reduce the Cholesterol, Cancer, it controls Blood Pressure and is also beneficial for Teeth and Gums.

Ingredients:
1. Cucumber -- 1No.
2. Curd -- 1Cup
3. Salt to Taste
4. Green Chillies -- 2
5. Black Salt -- 1/4tbsp(Optional)
6. Fresh Coriander Leaves

Method to Prepare:
1. First Grate the cucumber and take it to a bowl.
2. Add the curd to the grated cucumber.
3. Now add salt, black salt and chopped green chillis.
4. Finally add fresh coriander leaves and serve it.

PAV BHAJI

Pav-Bhaji is a Fast food dish Originated in Maharashtra. It is a Marathi Cuisine. Pav in Marathi means a loaf of bread. Pav Bhaji include both Pav(Loaf of Bread) and Bhaji(Curry made of different vegetables).
Main Ingredients in this Pav Bhaji are Bread and Potatoes.


Ingredients to Prepare Bhaji

1. Potatoes - 2
2. Onions - 2
3. Capsicum - 1
4. Carrot - 1
5. Tomatoes - 2
6. Green Peas - 1Cup
7. Salt - To Taste
8. Pav Bhaji Masala - 3tbsp
9. Butter - 1tbsp
10. Coriander Powder - 2tbsp
11. Cumin Seeds - 1tbsp
12. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1tbsp
You Can Add Salt and Green Chillis according to your taste.

                                                         Method To Prepare
                                                        
1. First Pressure Cook Potatos, Capsicum, Carrots, Green Peas and keep aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a Pan and add Cumin seeds and Onions.

3. Now add Pinch of salt, Ginger-Garlic Paste and let the onions fry till they turn into golden brown color.
4. Then add Tomatoes and Pav Bhaji Masala and let the tomatos become soft.

5. Now mash all the cooked vegetable and add them to the pan. 
6. Also add 1/4 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder. (Optional)


7. Mix well and turn-off the stove and add lemon to it. 
Now your Bhaji is ready.

8. Lets Roast Pav Now.
9. Cut the Pav into Two Pieces and put it on a pre-heated pan and add butter.
10. When pav gets roasted nicely take it into a serving plate and serve hot along with finely chopped onions.

Enjoy The Tasty Pav Bhaji.

MINT RICE

Ingredients
1. Basmati Rice -- 1Cup
2. Potatoes(Cut into small Cubes) -- 2No.s
3. Onions (Finely Chopped) -- 1Cup
4. Green Peas -- 1Cup.
5. Mint Leaves -- 1Cup.
6. Fresh Coriander Leaves -- 1Cup.
7. Cashews -- 1/4Cup
8. Cinnamon Sticks -- 2Small, cut into Pieces.
9. Cloves -- 8 to 10.
10. Ghee -- 2tbsp
11. Green Chillies -- 4 to 5
12. Salt to Taste.

You can add Salt and Green Chillies According to your Taste.




Method To Prepare
1. First clean 1cup of Basmati rice and soak it in water. Keep it aside.
2. Heat Ghee in a pan and add Cloves, Cinnamon Sticks. Let them fry for 2Min.

3. Now add Cashews and chopped onions.
4. Add a pinch of salt and fry the onions till they become golden brown color.

5. Now add Potatoes and Green Peas and mix well.

6. Now grind the mint leaves, fresh coriander leaves and green chillies.

7. Add the above paste to the pan and stirr it well by adding some water.

8. Now transfer the above mixture to the Rice-Cooker Bowl and add the soaked rice.
9. Pour Sufficient water to it (I use 3Cups of water for 1Cup of Rice) and let it cook.
10. Finally Yummy Mint Rice is ready to serve.

Serve it hot with Cucumber Raitha.


This Recipe serves Two People.
