BEETROOT PORIYAL


Ingredients:
1. Beetroot (Chopped) -- 3Cups
2. Salt -- To Taste
3. Urad Dal -- 1Tsp
4. Curry Leaves -- 6
5. Green Chilli -- 4
6. Asafoetida -- 1/4Tsp
7. Mustard Seeds -- 1Tsp
8. Oil -- 4Tsp
9. Grated Coconut -- 1/2Cup
10. Chopped Onions -- 1/2Cup

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add green chilli, urad dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and asafoetida.
2. Fry them for 2min.


3. Then add chopped onions and fry till they become transparent.


4. Now add chopped beetroot pieces, add salt and let it cook on medium flame by closing it with a lid.
5. Cook till the beetroot becomes soft.


6. Then add grated coconut to the pan and mix everything well.


7. Let it cook for 5-10min.
8, Finally Tasty Beetroot Poriyal is Ready to Serve.

GUACAMORE AND OATMEAL DOSA


Ingredients :
1. Guacamole Paste --1/4Cup
2. Urad Dal -- 1/2Cup
3. Quaker Oats -- 1Cup
4. Salt --  To Taste
5. Cumin powder -- 1/4Tsp
6. Ghee -- To Roast Dosas

Method To Prepare:
1. First soak urad dal for 4hours and blend it to a smooth paste.
2. Then blend the oats to fine powder.
3. Now take a bowl and add urad dal paste, oats powder, guacamole paste, cumin powder and salt. 


4. Mix everything well by adding required amount of water.
5. Make sure the batter must be similar to normal dosa batter.


6. Heat a non-stick tawa and add ladle full of batter and spread it.
7. Sprinkle ghee and roast the dosa nicely on both sides.
8. Finally Tasty and Healthy Guacamole And Oatmeal Dosa is ready to serve.
Serve it with either Coconut Chutney (Or) Tomato Chutney (Or) Tomato Pickle

BELL PEPPER - PEANUT CURRY


Ingredients
1. Green Capsicum -- 5 (Cut into small cubes)
2. Peanuts -- 1/2Cup
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Red Chilli Power -- 1tbsp
5. Oil -- 2tbsp
5. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tsp
6. Tamarind Paste -- 1Tsp
7. Chopped Onions -- 1/2Cup
8. Coriander Powder -- 1/2Tsp

Method To Prepare
1. Heat Oil in a Pan and add Cumin Seeds.
2. Then add chopped onions and fry till they become transparent.


3. Now add Chopped Capsicum and add Tamarind Paste (Adding Tamarind Paste is Optional. But i will add it so that Capsicum will cook nicely and become soft)


3. Now grind the peanuts into fine powder.
4. Then after the capsicum is cooked well, add the peanut powder to it and also add coriander powder and red chilli powder.
5. Mix it well and let it cook for 10-12Min on low flame.
6. Finally Tasty Bell Pepper-Peanut Curry is Ready to Serve.


Serve it hot with Rice.

BHINDI FRY


Ingredients:
1. Bhindi (Oakra)
2. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tsp
3. Chopped Cashews -- 1/4Cup
4. Green Chilli -- 5
5. Asafoetida -- 1/4Tsp
6. Curry Leaves -- 5
7. Oil -- 4Tbsp
8. Salt -- To Taste
9. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First of all wash the Oakra and wipe them nicely with a paper towel. Then chop them and spread on a newspaper or a paper towel and leave for atleast 2-3 hours.


2. Then heat oil in a pan and add slit green chillis, cashew nuts, cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves.


3. Fry for 2-3min and then add chopped bhindi (Oakra) to the pan and fry them on a medium flame.


4. Once the Oakra are roasted nicely, add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.
5. Finally Tasty Bhindi Fry is Ready To Serve.

CHOCOLATE BROWNIE IN MICROWAVE

Ingredients:
1. Milk -- 2Tsp
2. Sugar -- 4Tsp
3. Flour / Maida -- 2Tsp
4. Butter -- 2Tsp
5.  Chocolate Powder -- 2Tsp
6. Hersheys Chocolate Syrup -- To Garnish

Method To Prepare:
1. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients except chocolate syrup and mix everything well.
2. Now take a microwave safe bowl and grease it with ghee and transfer our brownie batter into it.


3. Then microwave it for 1 minute 40 seconds.
4. Remove it from microwave and slowly take out the brownie.
5. Garnish with hersheys chocolate syrup and serve cold.
Tasty Chocolate Brownie is ready in less than  2 minutes.

ALOO-GOBI MASALA

Ingredients:
1. Cauliflower Florets -- 1Cup
2. Medium Sized Potato (Cut into cubes) -- 1Cup
3.  Salt -- To Taste
4. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tsp
5. Green Chilli -- 4
6. Curry Leaves -- 5
7. Chopped Onions -- 1/2Cup
8. Choppoed Tomato -- 1/2Cup
9. Curry Powder -- 2Tsp
10. Garam Masala -- 1Tsp
11. Coriander Powder -- 1/2Tsp
12. Cumin Powder -- 1/2Tsp
13. Green Peas -- 1/4Cup
14. Oil -- 4Tsp
15. Turmeric Powder -- 1/4Tsp
16. Asafoetida -- 1/4Tsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat oil in a pan and add slit green chilli, curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder and cumin seeds.


2. Then add chopped onions and fry till they turn translucent.


3. Later add salt and chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook till they become soft.


4. Once the tomatoes become soft, add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and curry powder. Mix everything well by adding 1/2Cup of Water and cook for 2min.
5. Then add Cauliflower florets and cubed potatoes to the pan.


6. Close it with a lid and let it cook till both cauliflower and potato become soft on a medium flame.
7. Then add frozen green peas, mix well and let it cook for 5-10min.


8. Finally Tasty Aloo-Gobi Masala is Ready to Serve.

BAKED FRENCH FRIES


Ingredients:
1. Baking Potatoes -- 2 Large
2. Salt -- To Taste
3. Canola Oil -- 1Tsp
4. Red Chilli Powder -- 2Tsp
5. Cooking Spray Oil
6. Black Pepper Powder -- 1Tsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First cut the potato into 1 inch long stripes.
2. Take them into a bowl and add red chilli powder, salt and canola oil. 


3. Mix everything well.
4. Now take a baking tray and spray the cooking spray oil over it and spread all the potato stripes over it.
5. Bake them in a Pre-heated oven for 40-45 Min at  450 degrees.
6. While baking turn the potatoes after 15 or 20 min.
7. Then after the baking is finished French Fries are Ready. 
8. You can enjoy them as it is or add more seasoning with little more salt and black pepper powder.
9. So finally Tasty and Healthy French Fries are Ready.


Enjoy these Fries with Tomato Ketchup.

RASAM SOUP / TOMATO RASAM


Ingredients:
1.  Chopped Tomatoes -- 1/2Cup
2. Water -- 2Cups
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Turmeric Powder -- 1/4Tsp
5. Green Chilli -- 4
6. Curry Leaves -- 6
7. Mustard Seeds -- 1Tsp
8. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tsp
9. Fresh Cilantro -- To Garnsih
10. Tamarind Extract -- 2Tsp
11. Grated Jaggery -- 1Tsp
12. Ghee/Oil -- 2Tsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First take a thick bottomed sauce pan and add water, chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, slit green chilli, tamarind extract and jaggery.
2. Close it with a lid and let it boil for atleast 20min.
3. Then in a separate pan heat ghee/oil and add curry leaves, mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Fry till they splutter.


4. Once they start spluttering add the tampering to the sauce pan.


5. Now you can check the seasoning. Add salt if needed and again let it boil for 10-15min by closing with a lid.
6. Finally Tasty Rasam Soup / Tomato Rasam is Ready to Serve.
Serve it Hot...........


You can enjoy this as it is like a soup or you can even enjoy with plain rice.

TOMATO PICKLE


Ingredients:
1. Tomatoes -- 10
2. Salt -- To Taste
3. Tamarind Extract -- 1/4Cup
4. Fenugreek Seeds -- 1Tbsp
5. Mustard Seeds -- 2Tbsp
6. Garlic Cloves -- 4
7. Oil -- 1/2Cup
8. Red Chilli Powder -- 3-4Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First dry roast fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds. After they are cooled, blend them into fine powder and keep aside.
2. Now heat Oil in a pan and add all the chopped tomatoes, salt and tamarind extract to it.
3. Let it cook on medium flame till the tomatoes are cooked nicely.
4. Then turn off the heat and let it cool down.
5. Now blend it into smooth paste.
6. Again heat 1Tbsp of Oil and add Chopped Garlic Cloves to it.
7. Then add the blended tomato paste to the pan and also add the fenugreek and mustard seeds powder and red chilli powder to it. 
8. Mix everything well and let it cook for 5-10min on low flame.
9. Finally you can see that all the water has been evaporated and it forms into a thick paste.
10. Then our tasty Tomato Pickle is ready.


Note: You can store this pickle by keeping it in an air-tight container and by placing it in the refrigerator for atlease 2-3weeks.
