1. Tomatoes --4
2. Salt -- To Taste
3. Turmeric -- 1 Pinch
4. Tamarind -- Small Lemon Sized
5. Green Chilli -- 3
6. Red Chilli --6
8. Salt -- To Taste
9. Oil -- 2tbsp
11. Grated Jaggery/Sugar -- 1/2tbsp
12. Channa Dal -- 4tbsp
13. Urad Dal -- 2tbsp
14. Sesame Seeds  -- 2Tbsp
15. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add diced Tomatoes. Also add Tamarind, Green Chilli, Jaggery, Salt and Turmeric to it. Close it with a lid and Cook untill the Tomatoes become Soft.

2. Once the tomatoes are cook remove the pan from heat and let it cool.
3. Mean While, heat 1/2tbsp oil in other pan and add Channa Dal, Urad Dal, Red Chilli, Sesame Seeds, Cumin Seeds. Fry them till they turn slightly brown color.
4. Add the roasted mixture to the cooked tomatoes and blend everything into fine paste.

Tasty Tomato Chutney is Ready to Serve.
