1. Tomato (Chopped) -- 1Cup
2. Spinach Leaves -- 1Cup
3. Garlic Cloves -- 3
4. Butter -- 2Tbsp
5. Bay Leaves -- 3
6. Onions (Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
7. Carrots (Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
8. Heavy Cream (Or) Half And Half Milk -- 1/2Cup
9. Dried Thyme -- 1/2Tbsp
10. Salt -- To Taste
11. Sugar -- 1/2 Tbsp
12. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat butter in a pan and add bay leaves and garlic cloves.

2. Fry them for 2min and then add chopped carrots and onions. Fry till they become soft.

3. Now add spinach leaves to the pan and cook till they are cooked nicely.

4. Then add chopped tomato, dried thyme and salt to the pan and cook till they become soft.

5. Now turn off the heat and let it cool down.
6. Once it is cooled, add everything to a blender and blend it smoothly.
7. Then transfer it to pan again and add heavy cream or half and half milk, red chilli powder and sugar.
8. Mix everything well and let it boil for 10-15min.
9. Finally tasty Cream of Tomato-Spinach is ready to serve.
