1. Bhindi (Oakra)
2. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tsp
3. Chopped Cashews -- 1/4Cup
4. Green Chilli -- 5
5. Asafoetida -- 1/4Tsp
6. Curry Leaves -- 5
7. Oil -- 4Tbsp
8. Salt -- To Taste
9. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First of all wash the Oakra and wipe them nicely with a paper towel. Then chop them and spread on a newspaper or a paper towel and leave for atleast 2-3 hours.

2. Then heat oil in a pan and add slit green chillis, cashew nuts, cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves.

3. Fry for 2-3min and then add chopped bhindi (Oakra) to the pan and fry them on a medium flame.

4. Once the Oakra are roasted nicely, add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.
5. Finally Tasty Bhindi Fry is Ready To Serve.
