Ingredients :
1. Guacamole Paste --1/4Cup
2. Urad Dal -- 1/2Cup
3. Quaker Oats -- 1Cup
4. Salt --  To Taste
5. Cumin powder -- 1/4Tsp
6. Ghee -- To Roast Dosas

Method To Prepare:
1. First soak urad dal for 4hours and blend it to a smooth paste.
2. Then blend the oats to fine powder.
3. Now take a bowl and add urad dal paste, oats powder, guacamole paste, cumin powder and salt. 

4. Mix everything well by adding required amount of water.
5. Make sure the batter must be similar to normal dosa batter.

6. Heat a non-stick tawa and add ladle full of batter and spread it.
7. Sprinkle ghee and roast the dosa nicely on both sides.
8. Finally Tasty and Healthy Guacamole And Oatmeal Dosa is ready to serve.
Serve it with either Coconut Chutney (Or) Tomato Chutney (Or) Tomato Pickle
