1. Avacado -- 1
2. Wheat Flour -- 2Cups
3. Finely Chopped Onions -- 1/2Cup
4. Finely Chopped Tomato -- 1/2Cup
5. Finely Chopped Cilantro -- 1/4Cup
6. Lime Juice -- 4-6Tbsp
7. Salt -- To Taste
8. Garlic Cloves (Finely Chopped) -- 4
9. Garam Masala -- 2Tbsp
10. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp
11. Green Chilli (Finely Chopped) -- 3
12. Oil -- For making dough and to roast chapathi.

Method To Prepare:
1. First cut the avacado and take out all the paste using a spoon.
2. Now take the avacado paste in a bowl and add onions, tomato, green chilli, cilantro, salt, garlic cloves, garam masala, red chilli powder and lime juice to it.
3. Mix everything well.
4. Then add wheat flour little by little and make dough.
5. At last add 2tbsp of oil and make the paratha dough ready.
6. Let the dough rest for 15-20.

7. Now heat tawa and make the dough into small balls of equal portions.
8. Take one ball and roll it into chapathi using a rolling pin and roast it nicely by adding a 1tbsp of oil.
9. Roast the paratha nicely on both the sides.
10. Finally Tasty Avacado Paratha is Ready To Serve.
