1. Green Capsicum -- 5 (Cut into small cubes)
2. Peanuts -- 1/2Cup
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Red Chilli Power -- 1tbsp
5. Oil -- 2tbsp
5. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tsp
6. Tamarind Paste -- 1Tsp
7. Chopped Onions -- 1/2Cup
8. Coriander Powder -- 1/2Tsp

Method To Prepare
1. Heat Oil in a Pan and add Cumin Seeds.
2. Then add chopped onions and fry till they become transparent.

3. Now add Chopped Capsicum and add Tamarind Paste (Adding Tamarind Paste is Optional. But i will add it so that Capsicum will cook nicely and become soft)

3. Now grind the peanuts into fine powder.
4. Then after the capsicum is cooked well, add the peanut powder to it and also add coriander powder and red chilli powder.
5. Mix it well and let it cook for 10-12Min on low flame.
6. Finally Tasty Bell Pepper-Peanut Curry is Ready to Serve.

Serve it hot with Rice.
