1. French Beans (Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
2. Carrot (Cut into small cubes) -- 1/2Cup
3. Channa Dal -- 1/4Cup
4. Asafoetida -- 1/4Tbsp
5. Curry Leaves --5
6. Green Chilli -- 8
7. Red Chilli -- 4
8. Grated Coconut -- 1/4Cup
9. Salt -- To Taste
10. Oil -- 4Tbsp
11. Urad Dal -- 1Tbsp
12. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First soak channa dal for 2hours.
 2. Pressure cook the beans and keep aside.
3. Then heat 2Tbsp of Oil in a kadai and add cubed carrots and soaked channa dal.

4. Add 1Cup of water and 1/2Tbsp Salt to it and let it cook till both carrots and channa dal become soft.
5. Now heat Oil in another pan and add Urad Dal, Cumin Seeds, Green Chilli, Red Chilli, Curry Leaves and Asafoetida. Fry till urad dal turns to golden brown color.

6. Then add cooked beans, carrots and channa dal to the pan.

7. After 2min add grated coconut to the pan.

8. Add Salt and mix everything well. Let it cook for 10-15min on low flame.
9. Finally Tasty Carrot-French Beans Stir Fry is Ready To Serve.
