1. Whole Milk -- 1/2 Gallon
2. Vinegar -- 2Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First boil the milk on medium flame.
2. When milk starts boiling, add vinegar to it and mix immediately.
3. Then you can see that water gets separated from paneer.

4. Now strain all the water and transfer the paneer to a muslin cloth. Extract the excess water from paneer by pressing nicely with your hands.

5. Then take a bread loaf pan and place all the paneer into it and nicely press with your fingers to make it stiff.
6. Close it tightly with a food wrap and refrigerate it for atleast  24hrs and then take it out slowly from bread loaf pan and cut into pieces and make your favorite dish.
