Ingredients:
1. Thai Red Curry Paste -- 1 Bottle
2. Coconut Milk -- 2Tins
3. Tofu (Cut into cubes) -- 1/4Cup
4. Green Bell Peppers -- 1/4Cup
5. Onions -- 1/2Cup
6. Carrots -- 1/4Cup
7. Mushrooms -- 1/4Cup
8. Broccoli Florets -- 1/4Cup
9. Salt -- To Taste
10. Soy Sauce -- 2Tbsp
11. Bamboo Shoots -- 1/4Cup
12. Palm Sugar -- 1/2Tbsp
13. Olive Oil -- 4Tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a Wok or a Pan and saute all the vegetables (Onions, Green Bell Peppers, Carrots, Mushrooms, Broccoli Florets) and keep them aside.
2. Now take a pan and add Thai Red Curry Paste and Coconut Milk in that. Mix it well.
3. Then add Salt, Palm sugar and Bamboo Shoots to the pan.
4. Now add the tofu cubes and sauteed vegetables also and mix everything nicely.
5. Finally add Soy Sauce and stir it nicely.
6. Let it cook for 5min.
7. Tasty Thai Red Curry is Ready To serve.
Serve it hot with Vegetable Fried Rice...........
