1. Carrots (Peeled and Diced)  -- 1/4Cup
2. Beetroot (Peeled and Diced) -- 1/2Cup
3. Honey -- 2Tbsp
4. Milk -- 1Cup
Method To Prepare:
1. First add both Beetroot Pieces, Carrot Pieces and add 1/2Cup of Milk to a Bowl and Pressure Cook them.
2. Later add everything to a blender along with Honey and remaining Milk and blend it till smooth.
3. Finally Transfer it to the Serving Glass and Serve chilled.
Tasty and Healthy Carrots And Beets Shake is Ready to Serve......

1. Bread Slices -- 2
2. Peanut Butter -- 2Tbsp
3. Jelly (Home Made) -- 2Tbsp
4. Ghee -- To Roast The Bread Slices
5. Honey -- 1Tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. First lets see how I made a Jelly. Add 1/4Cup of Tooty Frooty and Honey in a blender and blend it coarsely.
2. Then heat a pan and Toast the Bread Slices by adding Ghee over it.
3. Now spread Peanut Butter on one Bread Slice and the Homemade Jelly on the Other Bread Slice.
4. Finally Overlap with one another and Our Tasty Peanut Butter And Jelly Sandwich is Ready to Serve.

1. Marshmallows -- 1Cup
2. Milk -- 1Cup
3. Banana -- 1
4. Vanilla Ice-Cream -- 1 Scoop
5. Chocolate Syrup -- To Garnish
Method To Prepare:
1. First add Marshmallows and 1/2Cup of Milk to a Pan and let it cook.
2. Cook it until it becomes into paste.
3. Then remove it from heat and let it cool down.
4. Now add it to the blender along with the Banana and remaining Milk and blend it.
5. Finally transfer it to the Serving Glass and Garnish with 1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice-Cream and Chocolate Syrup and Serve.
Tasty Marshmallow Shake is Ready To Serve.

1. Jalapeno Peppers -- 20
2. Tomato (Medium Sized) -- 1
3. Tamarind -- Small Lemon Sized
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Mustard Seeds And Fenugreek Seeds Powder -- 1Tbsp
6. Oil -- 4Tbsp
7. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp
8. Garlic Cloves -- 3

 Method To Prepare:
1. First Heat Oil in a Pan and add Sliced Jalapenos and Chopped Tomatoes.
2. Also add Salt, Tamarind and Garlic Cloves to it.
3. Mix it well and let it cook till both the Jalapenos and Tomatoes become soft.
4. Meanwhile, Dry Roast Mustard Seeds and Fenugreek Seeds and Blend them together into fine Powder and keep aside.
5. Now after the Jalapenos and Tomatoes become soft, add Mustard Seed and Fenugreek Seeds Powder and Red Chilli Powder.
6. Mix it well and let it cool down.
7. Once it gets cooled, blend everything into a paste.
8. Finally Tasty Jalapeno Pickle is Ready to Serve.

Tropical Melon is a Summer Drink which is the Combination of Muskmelon Juice, Apple Juice and Coconut Milk.
1. Muskmelon Juice -- 1Cup
2. Apple Juice -- 1/2Cup
3. Coconut Milk -- 1/2Cup
Method To Prepare:
1. First Blend the Muskmelon and Apple Pieces separately in a blender and extract the Juice from them.
2. You can use the Store bought Coconut Milk or You can make the Coconut Milk at Home.
3. To Make the Coconut Milk, blend the Coconut Slices in a blender and then using a Muskmelon cloth extract the Coconut Milk into a Bowl.
4. Now add all three together in a Serving Glass.
5. Finally Garnish it with a Muskmelon Piece and Serve Chilled............

1. Mango Pulp -- 1/4Cup
2. Whipping Cream -- 1/2Cup
3. Vanilla Ice-Cream -- 4Scoops
4. Cream Cheese -- 4Tbsp
5. Fruits of Your Choice.
{Note: I have used Muskmelon, Apple, Banana, Plum, Tooty Frooty}
Method To Prepare:
1. First Chop all the Fruits and keep aside.
2. Then mix Mango Pulp, Whipping Cream, Cream Cheese and Vanilla Ice-Cream together in a large bowl.
3. Now add all the Fruits to it and Mix well.
4. Finally Garnish with Tooty Frooty and Serve the Tasty Mango Creamy Fruits Delight.
Serve Chilled............

1. Zucchini (Peeled And Diced) -- 1
2. Chopped Onions -- 1/2Cup
3. Chopped Tomato  -- 1/2Cup
4. Green Chilli --5
5. Red Chilli -- 5
6. Urad Dal -- 2Tbsp
7. Garlic Cloves -- 2
8. Coconut Pieces -- 1/4Cup
{You can even use the Grated Coconut}
9. Salt -- To Taste
10. Oil -- 4Tbsp
11. Mustard Seeds -- 1Tbsp
12. Coriander Seeds -- 1Tbsp
13. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp
14. Turmeric Powder -- 1Pinch
Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a Pan and add Urad Dal, Coriander Seeds, Green Chilli, Red Chilli, Garlic Cloves and Coconut and fry them till the Urad Dal turns to slight brown color.
2. Then add Chopped Onions to the Pan and fry till they turn transparent.
3. Now add Chopped tomatoes to it and cook till they become soft.
4. Then add Zucchini cubes, Salt and Turmeric Powder and cook it till the Zucchini becomes soft by closing it with a lid.
5. Once the Zucchini is cooked completely remove it from the heat and let it cool down.
6. Now add everything to a Blender and blend it smoothly.
7. Meanwhile heat 1Tbsp of Oil in a small pan and add Cumin Seeds and Mustard Seeds. Fry them till they splutter.
8. Once they start spluttering, Tamper Your Zucchini Chutney.
9. Finally Tasty Zucchini Chutney is Ready To Serve.

Lassi is a Popular and Traditional Yogurt Drink. It Originates in India's Punjab.
Lassi is a Blend of Yogurt, Water, Spices, and Sometimes Sugar and Fruits also.
You can make Lassi in Three Types.
1. Salt Lassi
2. Sweet Lassi
3. Lassi By adding any Fruit ( That makes Fruit Lassi).
1. Curd -- 1Cup
2. Grated Coconut -- 1/4Cup
3. Sugar -- 1/4Cup
4. Boost And Chopped Cashews Nuts -- To Garnish.
Method To Prepare:
1. Add Curd, Coconut and Sugar to a Blender and blend them smoothly.
2. Then transfer it to a Serving Glass and Garnish with Boost Or Bournvita and Chopped Cashew Nuts.
3. Tasty Coconut Lassi is Ready to Serve.
Serve Chilled..................

1. Green Peas -- 2Cups
2. Chopped Onions -- 1/2Cup
3. Chopped Tomato -- 1/2Cup
4. Garam Masala -- 2Tbsp
5. Salt -- To Taste
6. Green Chilli -- 5
7. Ginger-Garlic Paste -- 1Tbsp
8. Pav Bhaji Masala -- 1Tbsp
9. Butter / Ghee -- 2Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Butter in a Pressure Pan and add Cumin Seeds and Green Chilli.
2. Then add Chopped Onions and Chopped Tomato to the Pan and Cook till they become soft.

3. Now add 3Cups of Water and Green Peas to it. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste, Salt and pressure cook it upto 3 Long Whistles.

4. Later remove the lid and add Garam Masala And Pav Bhaji Masala and Mix it well.
5. Let it cook for 10-15 Min on a Low Flame.
6. Finally Tasty Green Peas Ragada is Ready to Serve.

Garnish it with Fresh Coriander Leaves and Serve Hot with Hashbrown Patties or Sandwich Rolls.
