Soya Tortilla Rolls

1. Tortillas -- 2
2. Spinach -- 1/2Cup
3. Brussel Sprouts -- 1/4Cup
4. Soya Chunks -- 1/4Cup
5. Onions (Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
6. Sun Dried Tomatoes -- 1/4Cup
7. Green Chilli -- 3 or 4
8. Ginger
9. Salt -- To Taste
10. Chaat Masala -- 1tbsp
11. Black Pepper Powder -- 1/2tbsp
12. Oil -- 2tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. Heat Oil in a pan and add Chopped Ginger, Green Chilli, and Chopped Onions. Fry it till the onions turn transparent.

2. Then add spinach and sun-dried tomatos and cook it for 5-10 Mins.

3. Then add brussel sprouts and cook it untill they become soft.

4.  Now add Soya Chunks, Salt and Black Pepper Powder. Mix it well.

5. Now the stuffing for our Tortilla Rolls is Ready.

6. Then Take a Tortilla and apply Mint Chuntney (This is Optional) and Sprinkle Chaat Masala. Now put the Stuffing in the Tortilla and Roll it.

7. Finally Yummy "Soya Tortilla Rolls" are Ready to Serve.

Beetroot is a Rich source of Nutrients including Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium and Vitamin C.
Beetroot Juice has been shown Lover Blood Pressure and thus help in preventing Cardiac Problems. A Research which is published in American Health Association Journal says that drinking 500ML of Beetroot Juice  leads to the reduction of Blood Pressure within One Hour.

1.Beetroot (Cut into Small Pieces) -- 1Cup
2. Oil -- 3 or 4 tbsp
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Urad Dal -- 1tbsp
5. Channa Dal -- 1tbsp
6. Green Chilli -- 3 or 4
7. Red Chilli -- 2 or 3

Method To Prepare

1. First heat oil in a pan and and add Channa Dal, Urad Dal, Green Chilli, Red chilli and fry them till the dal turns to slight brown color.

2. Then add the 1/2tbsp salt and chopped beetroot pieces to the pan. Cook it by closing with a lid till the beetroot becomes soft.

 3. Finally when Beetroot becomes soft you can transfer the curry to a serving bowl. 
The Tasty and Healthy Beetroot Curry is Ready to Eat.

Serve it Hot with Plain Rice............

Sweet Corn is also called as Indian Corn or Sugar Corn or Pole Corn. Sweet Corn is a veriety of Maize with a high sugar content.
The Fruit of the Sweet Corn plant is the Corn Kernel, a type of fruit called Caryosis. The ear is a collection of Kernels on the cob.

1. Sweet Corn Kernels -- 1/2 Cup
2. Milk -- 1 Cup
3. Sugar -- 1/2 Cup
4. Cardamom Powder -- 1/4tsp
5. Cashews, Raisins and Tooty Frooty -- For Garnishing.
You can also use Cherries to garnish.

Method To Prepare:
1. First grind the corn kernels and let them boil in the milk till the milk is absorbed by the corn.
2. Then add sugar, and keep on stirring for 5 more minutes.

3. Finally add Cardamom Powder and mix it well.
4. Now Tasty Sweet Corn Halwa is ready. Transfer it to the Serving Bowl and garnish with Cashews, Raisins and Tooty Frooty.

1. White Pumpkin -- Finely chopped into Thin Slices
2. Urad Dal -- 1/2Cup
3. Green Chilli -- 4 or 5
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Asafoetida -- 1pinch
6. Oil -- For Shallow Fry.

Method To Prepare
1. First chop the pumpkin into thin slices and tie those pieces in a cloth and leave it for one whole night by putting some heavy weight on that.
2. Also soak Urad Dal for one whole night.
3. Then grind the soaked urad dal without adding water.
4. Now add the Pumpkin pieces, Salt and Asafoetida to the Urad dal Batter.
5. Also grind the Green Chilli and add it to the above mixture.

6.  Now heat 4 tbsp of Oil in a Pan and put the batter and spread it with your hand.

7.  Fry it on both sides till it turns nice golden brown color. Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the batter.
8. Serve them Hot with White Rice.

1. Paneer (Cut into Cubes)
2. Musroom
3. Onions
4. Tomato
5. Green Bell Pepper
6. Chaat Masala
7. Curry Powder
8. Ginger And Garlic
9. Lemon
10. Green Chilli
11. Mint Leaves
12. Fresh Coriander Leaves
13. Salt -- To Taste
14. Cumin Powder
15. Bamboo Skewers
16. Oil/Ghee -- For frying.
17. Honey -- 1tbsp (Optional)
18. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/4tbsp (Opional)

Method To Prepare:
1. First grind the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, garlic cloves and onions(finely chopped) to make a fine paste.

2.  Then add Salt, Lime Juice, Cumin Powder, Curry Powder, Chaat Masala and Honey (Optional). You can even add Red Chilli Powder if you want more spicy.
3. Now Marinate the Mushrooms, Paneer, Onions, Tomato, and Bell Pepper and leave it aside for about Half-an-hour.

4.  Then arrange the marinated pieces as per your choice to the bamboo skewers.

5. Now Pre-Heat the Electric Griddle or a Non-Stick Pan and fry them using Oil or Ghee according to your choice. Fry them on all sides by turning them repeatedly till nice brown color appears on the vegetable pieces.

6. Finally the Tasty Paneer-Mushroom Kabab is Ready to Serve.

Serve them Hot with Mint Chutney.

Hello friends February Month is here.Valentine's Day is one of the popular celebrations across the world. It is celebrated on February 14th evry year. This is an occasion that involves the beautiful human relationships and love. Love, is one of the most important of all human emotions. So express your love to your loved ones with beautiful gifts, yummy dishes etc.,.
 Here is my Fruit Cake which i prepared on this Valentine's Day to Surprise my Lovely Husband.

I made this Fruit Cake Using Pineapple, Grapes, Cherries, Mango Custard and Heart-Shaped Cookies. I have cut the Pineapple into Cubes and then arranged those cubes in the form of a cake and layer of Mango Custard Cream is spread above the Pineapple pieces. Then as you can see i just wrote "I Love You" Using Grapes. And decorated using cherries and also the Cookies. Finally my candles are made with Baby Carrots.
