1. Shredded Coconut  -- 1Cup
2. Roasted Channa Dal  -- 1/2Cup
3. Green Chilli -- 4-5
4. Mustard Seeds  -- 1tbsp
5. Salt -- To Taste
6. Lemon Juice -- 2tbsp
7. Red Chilli -- 2-3
8. Asafoetida -- 1/4tbsp
9. Oil -- 2tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. Mix Shredded Coconut, Roasted Channa Dal, Green Chilli and Salt in a blender and Blend it into a fine paste by adding required water.
2. Then heat Oil in a Small pan and add Mustard Seeds, Red Chilli and Asafoetida for Tampering.
3. Finally transfer the chutney into a bowl and add the Tampering and Lemon Juice to it.

4. Mix it well and Serve the Tasty Coconut Chutney with Dosa / Idly.
