Ingredients :
1. Tomato -- 2
2. Curd -- 1/2Cup
3. Mustard Seeds -- 1tbsp
4. Cumin Seeds -- 1tbsp
5. Asafoetida -- 1pinch
6. Green Chilli -- 2-3
7. Red Chilli -- 2-3
8. Salt -- To Taste
9. Oil -- 4-5 tbsp
10.  Fresh Coriander Leaves(Finely Chopped) -- To Garnish

Method To Prepare:

1. First heat 2tbsp oil in a pan and add the chopped tomatoes. Add green chilli and salt.

2. Cook them by closing with a lid untill the tomatoes become soft.
3. Then transfer the tomato paste into a bowl.
4. Now for seasoning, heat 2tbsp of oil in other pan and add chopped green chilli, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and red chilli.
5. Once the mustard seeds start spluttering add it to the tomato paste and also add salt and curd to it.

6. Mix it well.
7. Finally garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve the Tomato Raitha.
