METHI / FENUGREEK LEAVES PULAO

Ingredients:
1. Methi Leaves  -- 1Cup
2. Basmati Rice -- 1Cup
3. Cashew Nuts  -- 1/2Cup
4. Onion -- 1
5. Tomato -- 1
6.Garam Masala Powder -- 1tbsp
7. Green Chilli -- 3-4
8. Ginger Garlic Paste -- 1tbsp
9. Cumin Powder -- 1/2tbsp
10. Coriander Powder  -- 1/2tbsp
11. Salt -- To Taste
12. Oil -- 5tbsp

Method To Prepare :
1. Wash and soak the rice for ten minutes.
2. Then heat a tbsp of oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste.

 3. Fry it for a min and add split green chillies and chopped Onions.

4. Once the Onions become transparent, add diced tomato and cook until they become soft.

5. Now add the Methi Leaves and continue frying on medium flame.

6. Then add salt, chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, cashew nuts and garam masala powder to it and mix well.
7. Now transfer everything to the electric cooker bowl along with the rice and add sufficient water.

8. Close the lid and allow it to cook.
9. Finally Tasty Methi Pulao is Ready To Serve............

Serve it hot with Any Raitha of Your Choice.
