1. Urad Dal -- 1Cup
2. Rice -- 2Cup
3. Salt -- To Taste

Method To Prepare:
1. Fisrt soak urad dal and rice overnight in water.
2. Then Grind both of them by adding sufficient water into a smooth paste.
3. Transfer the paste into a bowl and add salt.
4. Check the consistency of the batter and add more water if need.

5. Leave the batter for one whole night to make the fermentation.
6. Then heat a Non-Stick Pan and pour ladle full of batter and spread it evenly. Add little bit of oil to roast the dosa.
7. Finally Serve the Hot Dosa with Tomato Chutney/ Coconut Chutney / Tiffin Center Sambar
