VEG MANCHURIAN

Ingredients:
1. Cabbage (Finely Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
2. Carrot (Finely Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
3. Geen Bell Peppers (Finely Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
4. Potato -- 2 Small
5. Onions (Finely Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
6. Mint Leaves (Finely Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
7. Fresh Cilantro (Finely Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
8. All Purpose Flour -- 5Tbsp
9. Corn Starch -- 2Tbsp
10. Green Chilli -- 5
11. Ginger (Finely Chopped) -- 2Tbsp
12. Garlic (Finely Chopped) -- 2Tbsp
13. Salt -- To Taste
14. Soy Sauce -- 2Tbsp
15. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp
16. Garam Masala -- 1/2Tbsp
17. Oil -- For Deep Fry
18. Olive Oil -- 2Tbsp
19. Chings Secret Manchurian Masala -- 1/2Tbsp
To Garnish:
1. Sesame Seeds
2. Sping Onions
Method To Prepare:
1. First Chop Cabbage, Carrot, Geen Bell Peppers, Onions finely and keep them aside.
2. Cook and Mash the Potatoes and also keep them aside.
3. Now take the Chopped Vegetables and Mashed Potatoes to a bowl and add Chopped Mint Leaves and Fresh Cilantro to it.
4. Also add All Purpose Flour, Corn Starch, Chopped Ginger and Garlic, Green Chilli, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and Soy Sauce to it.
5. Mix everything Well and make the Manchurian Batter Ready.
6. Mean while heat Oil for Deep Fry.
7. Make Small Balls with the Manchurian Batter and deep fry them in the Hot Oil and then transfer them to a Paper Towel.
8. Now add Olive Oil to the Wok and add Chopped Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli.

9. Then add Chopped Onions to the Wok and fry them till they turn Transparent.

10. Later add Chopped Green Bell Pepper to the Wok and fry them till they become soft.

11. Now Mix Corn Starch in 1/2Cup of Water and add it to the Wok. Also add Salt, Manchurian Masala and Soy Sauce.
Mix them well.
12. Then add the Fried Veg Manchurian Balls to the Wok.

13. Finally Mix it well and let it cook for 5min.
14. Now Transfer it to the Serving Plate and Garnish with Chopped Spring Onions and Roasted Sesame Seeds.
15. Tasty Veg Manchurian(Wet) is Ready to Serve.

Serve it Along with a Lecctuce-Carrot Salad.

Enjoy this Veg Manchurian as a Side Dish with Veg Fried Rice.

Note: If You Want Veg Manchurian (Gravy), Just add More Water in this Recipe and you can get gravy.
