Ingredients :
1. White Peas -- 1Cup
2. Onions (Chopped) --1/2Cup
3. Tomatoes (Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tbsp
6. Garam Masala -- 2Tbsp
7. Lime Juice -- 2Tbsp
8. Green Chilli -- 3
Method To Prepare:
1. First Soak the Peas over night.
2. Then pressure cook the Soaked Peas, Green Chilli, Onions, Tomatoes for about 7-8 long whistles.
3. Now open the pressure cooker and add Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Salt. Mit it well and let it cook for 10-15min on low flame.
4. Finally turn off the flame and add Lime Juice to it.
5. Tasty Masala Peas / Ragada is Ready to Serve.
