CARROT HALWA

 
Ingredients:
1. Carrots (Grated) -- 1Cup
2. Sugar -- 1/2Cup
3. Milk -- 1Cup
4. Cashew And Raisins -- To Garnish
5. Ghee -- 1/4Cup
6. Cardamom Powder -- 1Tbsp
 
Method To Prepare:
1. Add Ghee to a pan and add Grated Carrots to it and fry it for 10min.
 
2. Then add Milk and Sugar to the Pan.
 
3. Keep on mixing it till the carrots absorbs all the milk and becomes thick.
4. Finally Garnish with Cashews and Raisins and Serve the Tasty Carrot Halwa.
