PEAS (MUTTAR) PULAO

Ingredients:
1. Green Peas -- 2Cups
2. Basmati Rice -- 1Cup
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Green Chilli -- 5
5. 1 Inch Cinnamon Stick -- 1
6. Cloves -- 10
7. Bay Leaves -- 2
8. Cardamom Powder/Seeds -- 1Tbsp
9. Ghee -- 2Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1.  First Wash the Basmati Rice with Fresh Water.
2. Then add Rice to a Pressure Pan and also add all other ingredients(Green Peas, Salt, Green Chilli, Cardamom Powder, Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Bay Leaves) except Ghee to the pan.
3. Now add Required amount of Water and close the lid.
4. Let it cook upto 3 Whistles.
5. Then remove it from flame and add Ghee.
6. Finally Mix it well and Serve it.
Tasty Peas Pulao is Ready to Serve.
