1. Dates -- 1Cup
2. Tamarind -- 1Cup
3. Grated Jaggery -- 1Cup
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Black Salt -- 1Tsp
6. Dry Ginger Powder(Sonti Podi) -- 1Tsp
7. Bay Leaves -- 3
8. Ajwain(Vamu) -- 1Tsp
9. Fennel(Soamf) -- 1Tsp
10. Red Chilli Powder -- 1Tsp
11. Water -- 8Cups

Method To Prepare:
1. Add Jaggery, Tamarind and Dates in a Pan and Add Water to it.
2. Then add Bay Leaves, Ajwain, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Black Salt, Dry Ginger Powder to the Pan.

3. Now Close it with a lid and let it Boil.
4.  Once Dates and Tamarind gets softer, remove it from flame and let it cool.
5. Then strain the chutney using a strainer.
6. Finally Date And Tamarind Chutney is Ready.

Enjoy this Chutney in any Chaats and with some Snacks.
