Ingredients:
1. Black Channa -- 1Cup
2. Onion -- 1
3. Tomato -- 1
4. Mustard Seeds -- 1Tbsp
5. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp
6. Red Chilli -- 4
7. Green Chilli -- 4
8. Ginger(Chopped) -- 1Tbsp
9. Garlic -- 4 Cloves
10. Ghee -- 2Tbsp
1. Black Channa -- 1Cup
2. Onion -- 1

4. Mustard Seeds -- 1Tbsp
5. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp
6. Red Chilli -- 4
7. Green Chilli -- 4
8. Ginger(Chopped) -- 1Tbsp
9. Garlic -- 4 Cloves
10. Ghee -- 2Tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. First Pressure Cook the Black Channa by adding Ginger and Salt.
2. After they are cooked take 3/4th Cup of the Black Channa to a Blender and blend them coarsely.
3. Then heat Ghee in a pan and add Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Red Chilli, Mustard Seeds and Cumin Seeds.
4. Now add Chopped Onions to the Pan and fry them till the Onions turn transparent.
5. Then add Chopped Tomato to the Pan and cook till they become Soft.
6. Now add the blended Black Channa to the pan.
7. Mix it well and then add the remaining Black Channa to it.
8. Add 1Cup of Water, Salt and Fresh Coriander Leaves and let it boil for about 10-15min.
9. Finally Tasty Black Channa Dal is Ready to Serve.
Enjoy it Hot with Plain Rice.
