1. Bottle Gourd Pieces -- 1Cup
2. Ginger
3. Green Chilli -- 5
4. Red Chilli -- 5
5. Black Gram -- 1Tbsp
6. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tbsp
7. Salt -- To Taste
8. Oil -- 2Tbsp

Method To Prepare :
1. First add the Chopped Bottle Gourd into a Pan and add 1Cup of water and Salt. Close it with a lid and let it cook till the Bottle Gourd Pieces become Soft.

2. Then heat Oil in another Pan and add Cumin Seeds, Black Gram and Red Chilli.

3. Fry them for 2min and add the Cooked Bottle Gourd Pieces to this pan.

4. Add salt and let it fry on low flame.
5. Meanwhile blend Ginger and Green Chilli into Paste.
6. Add the Ginger and Green Chilli Paste to the Pan.

7. Mix it well and cook everything for 5-10min on low flame.
8. Finally Tasty Bottle Gourd Curry is Ready To Serve.
