1. Noodles -- 2
2. Bell Peppers (Green, Red, Yellow and Orange) -- 1/2Cup
3. Carrots -- 1/2Cup
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Soy Sauce -- 1Tbsp
6. Chilli Sauce -- 2Tbsp
7. Vinegar -- 2Tbsp
8. Tomato Ketchup -- 2Tbsp
9. Ginger (Chopped) -- 2Tbsp
10. Green Chilli -- 5
11. Spring Onions -- 1/2Cup
11. Garlic(Chopped) -- 4Cloves
12. Cabbage -- -- 1/2Cup
13, Olive Oil -- 4Tbsp

Method To Prepare :
1. First add Noodles to a pan and add 2Cups of Water. Also add 1/2Tbsp of Olive Oil and close it with a lid and let it cook till the Noodles become soft.

2. Once the Noodles are cooked well strain the water and keep the Cooked Noodles to a Side.
3. Meanwhile heat Oil in a Wok and add Ginger and Garlic.

4. Fry them for 2min and add Green Chilli, Chopped Sping Onions and Cabbage.

5. Then add all the Bell Peppers and Carrots and fry them for 5min by adding Salt, so that they becomes soft.

6. Now add the Cooked Noodles.

7. Then add Soy Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Vinegar, Tomato Ketchup and Mix it Well.
8. Finally Tasty Vegetable Noodles is Ready To Serve.

I Love to Enjoy the Taste of Veg Noodles along with a Soft Drink(Coke).... Its Yummy....
