1. Black Channa(Soaked) -- 1Cup
2. Ginger
3. Green Chilli -- 8
4. Chopped Onions -- 1/2Cup
5. Salt -- To Taste
6. Oil -- For Deep Fry
7. Garam Masala -- 1Tbsp (Optional)

Method To Prepare:
1. Add Soaked Black Channa, Ginger and Green Chilli to a blender and blend them Coarsely.
(Remember do not add water and don't make it into fine paste).
2. Meanwhile heat Oil in a pan for deep frying the vadas.
3. Then transfer everything to a bowl and add Salt and Chopped Onions (If you want you can add Garam Masala Also) to it. Mix it well.
4. Now take a plastic cover and make vadas on it and drop it slowly into the Oil as you will do for the normal vada.
5. Fry them till the Golden Brown Color Appears.
6. Then transfer them to a plate containing a paper towel so that the excess oil will be absorbed by the paper towel.
7. Finally Tasty Masala Vada is Ready to Serve.

You can serve these Masala Vada along with Tomato Ketchup or you can even enjoy its taste directly.
