ALOO SUBZI / BHAJI

Ingredients:
1. Potatoes -- 4
2. Green Peas -- 1/2Cup
3. Chopped Onions -- 1Cup
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Red Chilli -- 5
6. Green Chilli --5
7. Chopped Ginger -- 1tbsp
8. Curry Leaves -- 5nos.
9. Cumin Seeds -- 1tbsp
10. Gram Flour -- 4-5tbsp
11. Oil -- 2tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Red Chilli, Green Chilli, and Ginger.

2. Then add chopped Onions and Salt and fry them till they turn into golden brown color.

3. Now add Green Peas to the Pan.

4. Then add Cubed Potatoes to the Pan and add 2Cups of Water to it.

5. Now close the pan with a lid and let it cook on a low flame till the potatoes become soft.
6. Once the Potatoes become soft, then mix the Gram Flour in 1/4Cup of Water and add it to the Pan.
7. Add water as required and mix it well. Also check the salt and you can add more if needed.
8. Finally Tasty Aloo Subzi is Ready To Serve.
