MENTHI MAJJIGA ( BUTTERMILK WITH FENUGREEK SEEDS )

Ingredients:
1. Curd -- 1Cup
2. Mustard Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp
3. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp
4. Curry Leaves -- 5no.s
5. Red Chilli -- 4
6. Green Chilli -- 4
7. Ginger(Chopped) -- 1Tbsp
8. Salt -- To Taste
9. Turmeric -- 1 Pinch
10. Ghee -- 2Tbsp
11. Fenugreek Seeds -- 1Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. Heat Ghee in a Pan and add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Ginger, Red Chilli, Green Chilli, Turmeric and Fenugreek Seeds.

2. Then make the Curd into a Thick Buttermilk and add it to the pan.
3. Finally Tasty Menthi Majjiga is Ready To Serve.

Enjoy it with Hot Plain Rice....
