1. Tofu
2. Garam Masala -- 2Tbsp
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Onions(Finely Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
5. Green Chilli -- 3
6. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
7. Cashew Nuts (Broken into Small Pieces) -- 1/2Cup
8. All Purpose Flour (Maida) -- 5Tbsp
9. Bread Crumbs -- 1/4Cup
10. Oil -- For Deep Fry

Method To Prepare:
1. First mash the Tofu in a bowl.
2. Now add Garam Masala, Chopped Green Chilli, Red Chilli Powder,Chopped Onions, Cashew Nuts, All Purpose Flour,  and Salt to it. Mix it well.
3. Then make it into small balls.

4.  Heat Oil in a Pan for Deep Frying.
5. Now roll the above balls in the Bread Crumbs and drop them in the Oil.
6. Fry them till they turn into Reddish-Brown Color.
7. Finally Tasty Tofu Masala Balls are Ready to Serve.

Serve them Hot along with Tomato Ketchup and Mint Chutney.

Note: You can also make this Recipe with Home Made Paneer
