1. Oats -- 1Cup
2. Green Gram(Moong Dal) -- 1/2Cup
3. Ghee -- 2tbsp
4. Water -- 3Cups

For Tampering:
1. Black Gram (Urad Dal) -- 1/2tbsp
2. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2tbsp
3. Green Chilli -- 5
4. Red Chilli -- 4
5. Cashews -- 1/4Cup
6. Curry Leaves -- 5no.s
7. Ghee -- 2tbsp
8. Black Pepper Powder -- 1/2tbsp
9. Asafoetida

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Ghee in a Pressure Pan and add Oats and Moong Dal. Fry them for 2-3min.

2. Then add 3Cups of Water and Salt to the pressure pan.
3. Close the lid of the pan and let it cook upto 4whistles.
4. Meanwhile, heat Ghee in a small pan and add Urad Dal, Cumin Seeds, Cashews, Red Chilli, Green Chilli, Asafoetida and Curry Leaves.

5. Now remove the lid of the Pressure Pan and add this Tampering to it.

6. Add 1/2Cup of Water(If Required), Black Pepper Powder to it and mix it well and let it cook for 5min and remove it from heat.
7. Finally Tasty and Healthy Oats Pongal is Ready to Serve.

Note: You can make the Same Recipe using Quinoa. Follow the Same Procedure and add Quinoa instead of Oats. Then Healthy Quinoa Pongal is Ready.
