1. Poppy Seeds -- 2tbsp
2. Onions(Cut into Cubes) -- 2 Small.
3. Red Chilli -- 8 to 10
4. Cinnamon Stick (1 inch) -- 1
5. Coriander Seeds -- 1tbsp
6. Cashews -- 1/4Cup
7. Potatoes(Cut into Cubes and Cooked) -- 3
8. Mustard Seeds -- 1tbsp
9. Ghee -- 2tbsp
10. Coconut(Grated) -- 1/4Cup
11. Salt -- To Taste
12. Tamarind Paste -- 2tbsp

Method to Prepare:
Heat ghee in a pan and add poppy seeds to it.

Now add Cubed Onions, Red Chilli, Cinnamon Stick, Corainder Seeds, Cashews, Salt and fry them.

Then add Grated Coconut to it.

Now mix it well and keep it aside to cool down.
Once it becomes cool grind it.
Now again heat 1tbsp of ghee in a pan and add Mustard Seeds to it.

Once mustard seeds splitter, add the pate which you grinded earlier and tamarind paste.

Add Sufficient water and mix it well.


Now add Boiled and Cubed  Potatoes to this Gravy.

Finally Transfer it to Serving Bowl and Garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves.
