1. Potatoes, Carrots, Green Peas & Tomatoes.(1Cup of All these vegetables cooked)
2. Onions (Chopped) -- 1Cup
3. Gram Flour (Beasan) -- 1/2Cup
4. Mustard Seeds -- 1tbsp
5. Red Chilli -- 2 or 3
6. Green Chilli -- 3 or 4
7. Ginger -- Small Piece
8. Salt -- To Taste
9. Black Gram Dal -- 1tbsp
10. Bengal Gram Dal -- 1tbsp

Method To Prepare:
Pre-Heat the 2tbsp of Oil in a Pan and add Bengal Gram Dal, Black Gram Dal, Ginger, Green Chilli, Red Chilli and Mustard Seeds. Fry them till they become red color.

Then add Chopped Onions&salt and fry them till they become transparent.

Now add all the cooked vegetables.

Now mix the gram-flour in water.

Then Add this to the Pan, also add Sufficient water and mix well.

Finally Tasty Mixed Vegetable Curry is Ready.

If you want you can Garnish it With Fresh Coriander Leaves.
Serve this Curry with Hot Poori.
