PANEER-MUSHROOM PEPPER FRY

Ingredients:
1. Paneer(Cut into Cubes) -- 1/2Cup
2. Green Bell Pepper(Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
3. Orange Bell Pepper(Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
4. Mushrooms(Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
5. Ginger(Chopped) -- 1Tsp
6. Garlic(Chopped) -- 3Cloves
7. Green Chilli -- 4
8. Salt -- To Taste
9. Onions(Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
10. Tomato Ketchup -- 1Tbsp
11. Vinegar -- 1Tbsp
12. Chilli Sauce -- 1Tbsp
13. Oil -- 4Tbsp
14. Black Pepper Powder -- 1Tbsp

Method To Prepare :
1. First  heat Oil in a pan and fry the Paneer Cubes till they turn into Golden Brown Color and keep them to aside on a Paper Towel.

2. Again heat Oil in a pan and add Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli. 
3. Fry them for 2min. Then add Onions and Bell Peppers(Both Green & Orange). Add Salt and fry them till they become soft.

4. Then add Mushrooms to the Pan and fry them till they become soft.

5. Now add the Fried Paneer Cubes and mix them well.

6. Now comes the time for sauces. Add Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Vinegar.
7. Finally add Black Pepper Powder and Mix it well.
8. Tasty Paneer-Mushroom Pepper Fry is Ready to Serve.
