ALOO-GOBI MASALA

Ingredients:
1. Cauliflower Florets -- 1Cup
2. Medium Sized Potato (Cut into cubes) -- 1Cup
3.  Salt -- To Taste
4. Cumin Seeds -- 1Tsp
5. Green Chilli -- 4
6. Curry Leaves -- 5
7. Chopped Onions -- 1/2Cup
8. Choppoed Tomato -- 1/2Cup
9. Curry Powder -- 2Tsp
10. Garam Masala -- 1Tsp
11. Coriander Powder -- 1/2Tsp
12. Cumin Powder -- 1/2Tsp
13. Green Peas -- 1/4Cup
14. Oil -- 4Tsp
15. Turmeric Powder -- 1/4Tsp
16. Asafoetida -- 1/4Tsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat oil in a pan and add slit green chilli, curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder and cumin seeds.


2. Then add chopped onions and fry till they turn translucent.


3. Later add salt and chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook till they become soft.


4. Once the tomatoes become soft, add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and curry powder. Mix everything well by adding 1/2Cup of Water and cook for 2min.
5. Then add Cauliflower florets and cubed potatoes to the pan.


6. Close it with a lid and let it cook till both cauliflower and potato become soft on a medium flame.
7. Then add frozen green peas, mix well and let it cook for 5-10min.


8. Finally Tasty Aloo-Gobi Masala is Ready to Serve.
