Red, Juicy, Delicious Strawberries are one of the Healthiest Fruits to include in your diet.
Strawberries are full of antioxidants and other essential nutrients that can flavor fully help you reduce your risk of Cancer, Heart Disease, Inflammatory Diseases and Birth Defects as well as manage your weight.
Strawberries contain a range of Nutrients with Vitamin C. In addition to  Vitamin C,  they also provide an excellent source of Vitamin K and Manganese, as well as Folic Acid, Potassium, Riboflavin, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Copper, Magnesium and Omega-3 Fatty Acids.

1. Fresh Strawberries -- 1Cup
2. Yogurt(Curd) -- 1Cup
3. Milk -- 1/2Cup

Method To Prepare :
1. First rinse the Strawberries with cold water and dry them.
2. Then blend all the ingredients(Strawberries, Yogurt and Milk) together untill they become smooth.
3. Finally Garnish with a Strawberry and Serve Chilled.
