Ingredients:
1. Noodles
2. Mustard Seeds -- 1/2tbsp
3. Channa Dal -- 1tbsp
4. Urad Dal -- 1tbsp
5. Onions(Finely Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
6. Potato(Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
7. Carrots(Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
8. Green Peas -- 1/4Cup
9. Peanuts -- 1/4Cup
10. Green Chilli -- 4
11. Red Chilli -- 2
12. Curry Leaves -- 5
13. Ginger(Peeled & Finely Chopped) -- 1tbsp
14. Salt -- To Taste
15. Oil -- 4tbsp

Method To Prepare :
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add Channa Dal, Urad Dal, Mustard Seeds, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Green Chilli and Red Chilli.
2. Then add Peanuts to the pan and fry them.
3. Now add Chopped Onions and Potato to it. Add Salt and fry them till Potatos become soft.
4. Then add Green Peas and Carrots to it. Fry them for 10min.
5. Now add 3Cups of Water and Noodles. Close it with a lid and let it cook untill the noodles become soft.
Tasty Noodles Upma is Ready to Serve.
