1. Ragi Flour -- 4tbsp
2. Water -- 1/2Cup
3. Curd -- 1Cup
4. Salt -- To Taste
5. Lemon Juice -- 1tbsp(Optional)

 Method To Prepare :
1. First take Ragi Flour in a pan and add Water to it.
2. Keep on Stirring continously till it becomes into a paste.
3. Now remove it from heat and let it cool
4. Then add Curd and Salt to that Paste and blend it.
5. Finally Healthy Ragi Buttermilk is Ready to Serve.
Before Serving, if you want you can even add lemon juice to it.

Serve Chilled...............
