1. Ginger(Peeled&Finely Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
2. Coriander Leaves -- 1Cup
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Red Chilli -- 4
5. Garlic Cloves -- 2
6. Jaggery (Grated) -- 1tbsp
7. Oil -- 2tbsp
8. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2tbsp

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add Cumin Seeds, Garlic and Red Chilli to it.
2. After frying for 2min, add Chopped Ginger to the Pan.
3. Fry it for 10min and add Coriander Leaves to it.
4. Again let it fry for 5-10min.
5. Now remove from the heat and let it cool.
6. Then grind everything by adding Salt and Jaggery into paste.
7. Finally Tasty Ginger-Coriander Chutney is Ready to Taste.
You can enjoy this Chutney with Plain Rice.
