ONION DAL

Ingredients:
1. Onions(Finely Chopped) -- 1Cup
2. Toor Dal -- 1Cup
3. Mustard Seeds -- 1/2tbsp
4. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2tbsp
5. Salt -- To Taste
6. Tamarind Juice -- 3-4tbsp
7. Coriander Leaves
8. Oil/Ghee -- 2tbsp
9. Red Chilli Powder -- 1tbsp
10. Water -- 3-4Cups

Method To Prepare:
1. First pressure cook the Toor Dal by adding 2Cups of Water upto 4 or 5 whistles.
2. Now heat Oil/Ghee in a pan and add Mustard Seeds and Cumin Seeds.

3. When they start spluttering, add chopped Onions. By adding Salt, fry them till the onions turn tranparent.

4. Then add Red Chilli Powder, Tamarind Juice and 1Cup of Water to the pan and Mix it well.

5. Cook it for 2min and add Cooked Dal to the Pan.

6. Mix it well and let it boil for 5-10Min.
7. Finally Tasty Onion Dal is Ready to Serve.
