MUSHROOM FRIED RICE

Mushrooms contain about 80 to 90 percent water, and are very low in calories (only 100 cal/oz). They have very little sodium and fat. Mushrooms are an excellent source of Potassium, a mineral that helps lower elevated blood pressure and reduces the risk of stroke.
One medium mushroom has even more potassium than a banana or a glass of orange juice.
Mushrooms themselves provide you with lean proteins as they have Zero Cholesterol, Fats and very Low Carbohydrates. Also they are very effective in preventing Breast Cancer in Ladies.
Mushrooms can be an ideal low energy diet for Diabetics. They have high proteins, vitamins and minerals, a lot of  fiber. Moreover, they contain natural insulin and enzymes which help breaking down of sugar or starch of the food.

Ingredients :
1. Mushrooms -- 10
2. Carrots(Chopped) -- 1/2Cup
3. Ginger (Finely Chopped)- 1tsp
4. Garlic - 1
5. Onion(Finely Chopped) -- 1Cup
6. Pepper Powder -- 1tbsp
7. Soy Sauce - 1tbsp
8. Basmati Rice(Cooked) -- 1cup
9. Peas - 1/2cup
10. Salt -- To Taste
11. Cabbage(Finely Chopped) - 1/2cup
12. Chilli Sauce -- 1tbsp
13. Oil - 2tbsp
14. Fresh Coriander Leaves -- to garnish
15. Green Chilli -- 6

Method To Prepare:
1. First heat Oil in a pan and add Green Chilli, Ginger and Garlic.

2. Then add Chopped Onions to the pan and fry them till they turn transparent.

3. Now add chopped Carrots and Cabbage. Fry them for about 10min.

4. Then add Green Peas and Chopped Mushrooms. Fry them till Mushrooms become soft.

5. When Mushrooms become soft, add Salt, Soy Sauce,  and Chilli Sauce to it.
6. Finally add Cooked Rice and Pepper Powder to the pan and Mix it well.

7. Tasty Mushroom Fried Rice is Ready. Enjoy with Tomato Ketchup.
