1. Mini Bell Peppers -- 10
2. Tomato (Meduim) -- 1
3. Salt -- To Taste
4. Green Chilli -- 2-3
5. Red Chilli -- 4-5
6. Channa Dal -- 2Tbsp
7. Urad Dal -- 1Tbsp
8. Cumin Seeds -- 1/2Tbsp
9. Sesame Seeds -- 2Tbsp
10. Oil -- 4Tbsp
11. Tamarind Extract -- 2Tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. First heat 2Tbsp of Oil and add Chopped Tomato. Cook until it becomes soft.
2. Then add Chopped Bell Peppers, Salt and Tamarind Extract and cook until they become soft.
3. Once it becomes soft, remove it from heat and then heat 2Tbsp Oil in other pan and add Channa Dal, Urad Dal, Sesame Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Green Chilli and Red Chilli. Fry till the Channa Dal changes to golden brown color.
4. Now add the 3/4 th part of theTampering and cooked Bell Peppers to a Blender and blend them into fine paste.
5. Finally Garnish with the remaining Tampering and Serve the Tasty Bell Pepper Chutney with Dosa or Idly.
