1. Potato -- 1 small
2. Sandwich Bun -- 1
3. Chopped Onions -- 1/4Cup
4. Chopped Tomato -- 1/4Cup
5. Grated Carrot -- 1/4Cup
6. Grated Cucumber -- 1/4Cup
7. Chopped Celery -- 1/4Cup
8. Green Chilli -- 3
9. Butter --2Tbsp
10. Salt -- To Taste
11. Garam Masala -- 1/2Tbsp
12. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
13. Chopped Orange Bell Peppers -- 1/4Cup
14. Tomato Sauce -- 1Tbsp
15. Lettuce Leaf
Method To Prepare:
1. First cook the Potato in the Microwave and Mash it nicely and keep aside.
2. Then heat Butter in a pan and add Green Chilli and Onions. Fry till Onions become Transparent.
3. Now add Bell Peppers and Tomato and fry till they become soft.
4. Then add Red Chilli Powder, Salt, and Garam Masala to it. Mix it well and transfer it to a bowl.
5. To the same bowl add the mashed potato, Grated Carrots, Grated Cucumber, Chopped Celery and Tomato Sauce.
Mix it well.
6. Our Mixture for making a Sandwich is Ready . Now lets make the Sandwich and Enjoy
7. Toast the Base of the Sandwich Bun and Put a Lettuce Leaf over it.
8. Then put the Vegetable Mixture prepared earlier on it and close it with the Toasted Top part of the Bun.
9. Finally Tasty Crunchy Veggie Sandwich is Ready for your Breakfast.
