1. Rajma (Soaked Overnight) -- 1Cup
2. Chopped Onions -- 1Cup
3. Chopped Tomato -- 1Cup
4. Garam Masala -- 2Tbsp
5. Lime Juice -- As Required
6. Salt -- To Taste
7. Red Chilli Powder -- 1/2Tbsp
8. Ginger (Chopped) -- 2Tbsp
Method To Prepare:
1. First Pressure Cook the Soaked Rajma, Chopped Onions and Ginger upto 7-8 long whistles.
2. Then Open the Pressure Cooker and add Chopped Tomato to it. Add Salt and let it cook till it becomes soft.
3. Once the Tomato becomes soft, add Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Lime Juice and again close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook it upto 2long whistles.
4. Finally Garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves and Serve Hot.
5. Enjoy this Tasty Rajma Masala with Plain Rice.
