1. Surti Val (Or) Lilva Beans (Soaked) -- 2/3rd Cup
2. Basmati Rice -- 1Cup
3. Ghee -- 1 1/2Tbsp
4. Cinnamon Stick -- 1
5. Cloves -- 6
6. Fresh Coriander Leaves -- 1/4Cup
7. Garlic -- 4Cloves
8. Ginger(Chopped) -- 1Tbsp
9. Green Chilli -- 10 (Add As Per Your Taste)
10. Salt -- To Taste
11. Lime Juice -- 1Tbsp
12. Cashews -- 1/4Cup
13. Green Peas -- 1/4Cup
Method To Prepare:
1. First Half-Cook the Soaked Lilva Beans and keep them aside.
2. Also Blend Fresh Coriander Leaves, Ginger, Garlic into fine paste and keep it aside.
3. First heat Ghee in a Pressure Cooker and Add Green Chilli, Cinnamon Stick and Cloves to it. Fry them for 2Min.
4. Then add Basmati Rice to the Cooker and fry it for 2-3Min.
5. Now add Lilva Beans, Salt, Cashews, Coriander Leaves Paste, Green Peas and 2Cups of Water to it.
6. Mix it Well and Close the Lid of the Pressure Cooker and cook it upto 4 long whistles.
7. Finally open the Cooker and add Lime Juice. Mix it Well.
8. Tasty Lilva Rice is Ready to Serve.
Serve it Hot with Cucumber Raitha
